Liszt’s Les Préludes explores life’s shifting moods, romance, turmoil, reflection, and joy, with grandeur and elegance. Its sweeping themes and expressive range make it one of the most captivating pieces of the Romantic era.
Tchaikovsky’s Capriccio italien bursts with festive spirit and sun-soaked charm, inspired by his travels in Italy. From bold fanfares to lively folk dances, this piece is packed with zest and character.
We are also proud to present the winner of our Young Artists Competition, a standout student musician chosen through a rigorous audition process. This program is one of our most meaningful traditions, offering promising young performers the rare opportunity to solo with a full symphony orchestra.
