Based on the 1957 movie, a couple of WWII vets follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by their former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting, wholesome musical that will delight audiences of all ages

LCC Presents Maeve Gilchrist

Hailed as a phenomenal harp player with unparalleled purity, Maeve Gilchrist has revolutionized the Celtic harp by stretching its harmonic limits and improvisational possibilities. Originally from Scotland, Gilchrist has been making her mark as a ground-breaking harpist in the US for the last seventeen years through her collaborations with artists such as the prestigious Silkroad Ensemble, Nic Gareiss, and many more. Joined by guitarist Kyle Sanna for this performance.

It's a sticky situation, alright. After a bushfire wreaks havoc, a Queen Bee and Worker Bee must work together to rebuild their hive, despite things never quite going to plan...
A Bee Story is a uniquely Australian physical theatre show for children and families incorporating a kaleidoscope of circus, acrobatics, dance, and live music. Brilliantly performed by Robbie Curtis (Cirque du Soleil) and talented musician and comedian Liz McRae, A Bee Story is an instantly enchanting show, an ode to the pollen-collecting, honey-making, super bee powers of the world's most versatile insect – and an enlightening modern-day message on environmentalism, sustainability, and community spirit.

What do you do when your town is overrun with ravenous rats? Call on the Pied Piper, of course! The Mayor and his children, staff and cooks join in the effort. Find out what happens when the town chooses not to pay the Piper, and the children are led away from the town along with the rats in this original musical adaptation of the classic story. Check Lakewood.org/MCT for information about youth participation in the MCT residency week.

‘Latingrass’ duo Larry & Joe, also known as Larry Bellorín and GRAMMY-nominated Joe Troop, are versatile multi-instrumentalists and singer-songwriters on a mission to show that music has no borders. As a duo they perform a fusion of Venezuelan llanera music and Appalachian bluegrass on harp, banjo, cuatro, fiddle, guitar, maracas and whatever else they decide to throw in the van.
