What happens if a concert is cancelled, or I can't make it?

Cancellation by Lakewood

The concert series is subject to change as a result of public health orders. If Lakewood must cancel a concert, your ticket purchase will be refunded in full.

Cancellation by Ticketholder
Tickets are refundable less a $1 processing fee per ticket. Call the box office at 303-987-7845 (Mon-Fri, 10am - 3pm) to discuss your options.

In lieu of cancellation, please consider donating the price of your ticket to support Lakewood’s Heritage, Culture & the Arts.

Cancellation due to Weather
Concerts will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe weather that requires evacuation of the concert site, your ticket will be available for a refund by request only. Check Facebook.com/HeritageLakewood for day-of updates.

In the case of questionable weather the day of the concert, we will primarily communicate via email to the email used in your purchase. Please watch that email for important updates.
September 10, 6:30 p.m.

Get ready for a sax and guitar driven thrill ride with this energetic contemporary jazz performance. This nationally acclaimed band has been a crowd pleaser at our amphitheater since our very first concert series in 2000!

Tickets are $25 per person.

WHAT TO KNOW WHEN SELECTING YOUR TICKETS:
To maintain social distancing, seating will be in “Household Squares,” each of which seats up to four people from the same household.  When purchasing tickets, select one or more dots within the Household Squares depending on the number of tickets purchased.  For example, if purchasing four or fewer tickets, all tickets can be selected within one Household Square; if your family is larger (5-8 people), tickets within two Household Squares must be selected, and so on.  Household Squares will be identified by markings on the lawn and have been placed in a way that allows for social distancing among different groups and other parties.  Once tickets are purchased within a Household Square, that square is “locked” and no other tickets can be purchased in that area.  A staff member will help direct attendees to their Household Squares upon arrival. Each member of your party, despite age, requires a paid ticket.

Please note, when purchasing tickets you will be required to agree to the below terms and conditions to attend.

Our reopening is based on mandated guidelines through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Jefferson County Public Health:

FACE COVERINGS
In compliance with Public Health Orders, the City of Lakewood requires concert attendees over the age of 10 to wear face coverings, including while attending concerts outside.  Jefferson County Public Health also recommends that attendees 2 to 10 years old wear face coverings.  Face coverings should be worn over the nose and mouth unless attendees are eating or drinking while seated.  If a concert attendee arrives without a face covering, we are happy to provide one.  For those individuals who would rather not wear a face covering, we ask you to wait to visit our venues until these mask requirements are lifted.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
When seated or in common areas such as the lobby, bathrooms, and amphitheater grounds, attendees are reminded to stay at least six feet apart from those not in their party. Decals on the floor and ground will indicate where it is safe to stand when in lines and in bathrooms.

CLEAN HANDS
Please wash hands frequently and use the sanitizing stations set up throughout the venue.

DON’T FEEL WELL?
If an attendee’s temperature is above 100.4 degrees or an attendee is not feeling well, please stay home.  Our flexible ticketing policy during this time allows for refunds or account credits.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic, but no alcohol or glass bottles are permitted.  Face coverings may be taken off to eat or drink, but should be put back on once you are no longer eating or drinking.

TICKETS
All tickets for the event are print-at-home or mobile tickets and must be purchased in advance.  No tickets will be mailed or available for purchase at the door, and “will call” will not be open.

CONTACT TRACING
All ticket purchasers will provide their name, address, phone number and e-mail address (if applicable).  This information will be used to contact attendees if any cases of illness are identified in conjunction with the event.  If the ticket purchaser gives their ticket(s) to another person, we ask that the purchaser contact the box office to provide us with contact information for the person who received the ticket(s).

LIABILITY
By attending the event, attendees assume all liability for any illness or injury that may occur as a result of attendance. The City of Lakewood is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from any person’s attendance at the event.
