Since 1968, Flamenco Fantasy Dance Theatre, founded by Artistic Director and principal guitarist René Heredia, has been one of the main cultural ambassadors of Spain, bringing the art of flamenco to Denver and around the world, with an understanding of how to preserve the culture of the Spanish Gypsies and interest for all the styles of Spanish dance throughout its history. The school, Colorado Institute of Flamenco, maintains an active commitment to education excelling in choreographies for flamenco and stylized Spanish dance. We are proud to announce a recent addition to our staff, Pablo Rodarte, choreographer and dance instructor. Audiences are drawn into the world of flamenco through the powerful, emotional, and graceful dancing, the masterful and passionate choreography by Pablo Rodarte, and compelling, soul-stirring music by our maestro, René Heredia.

If an attendee’s temperature is above 100.4 degrees or an attendee is not feeling well, please stay home. Our flexible ticketing policy during this time allows for refunds or account credits.

For most public performances, concessions will be available in the lobby. Beverages are allowed in the theater; food is permitted only in the lobby. Patrons may briefly lift face coverings while eating or drinking inside the building.

By attending the event, attendees assume all liability for any illness or injury that may occur as a result of attendance. The City of Lakewood is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from any person’s attendance at the event.
