Hear Beethoven's Symphony No. 3, (Eroica). Originally dedicated to Napoleon, it brought out the greatest Beethoven had to offer. Upon hearing that Napoleon had declared himself emperor, Beethoven rescinded the dedication by tearing the beautifully rendered title page in two. Hear the magnificence.
